Restaurant Details
To have the ability to provide all services at the property there must be a restaurant/way to cater. The quality of the food is of major concern as the company needs to be able to provide high end food and service. I would like to add a section of the property to grow produce and make as much of our raw ingredients as fresh and local as possible. I believe that this will draw people in and it can be a major marketing point. This will also make the menu very seasonal with fresh ingredients being the highlight of each harvest period. I would like to also have a crew that was trained in appropriate food handling for those who have dietary restrictions, within reason. This can also be a major draw for people as there is a movement to be more health conscious.
The restaurant will be in a newly constructed old styled barn, which hopefully matches the era of the house. This will create a great venue space for all year around. There will be a loft in the barn which will help with storage and decorations. Possibly even make an add on to the back for the restaurant itself to maintain a large restaurant/venue area. The floor will be entirely concrete to keep a clean space that you can also use as a dance floor.
Guests would be able to rent out the restaurant for their event. The restaurant will provide other onsite catering if the restaurant is not used.
